Due to continued growth & development across our group of Telecommunications companies, we are looking for an enthusastic, ethical & highly motivated Business Development Manager to take the reigns of one of our business units – On Hold Advertising. Previous experience & understanding of Messages On Hold would be highly regarded.
This is NOT cold call sales! We’re offering a unique opportunity to service ‘warm’ inbound leads. Our focus is on dilligently delivering exceptional customer service, satisfaction & sales – both over the phone, and face-to-face. However, for the right motivated person, there are compelling bonuses on offer should you wish to go above & beyond, and contribute your ideas & time to generate new leads, joint venture opportunities, and additional sales.
- Autonomous work
- As close to ‘captain of your own ship’ as you can get, without all that ‘business owner’ stress & risk
- Full customer ownership from enquiry through to sale & implementation
- Input into direction & implementation of marketing budgets
- Warm in-bound leads supplied, but compelling bonuses for additional self-generated sales

- Approx 10-20 hrs p/week flexible
This role would ideally suit perhaps a return to work mum who would like the flexibility of part-time hours, or someone who is currently working in a similar role in a full time capacity and wants to cut their hours back to part time. In addition you will have;
- Current Full Victorian Drivers Licence
- Excellent presentation skills
- Exceptional Communication skills – particularly phone manner
- Previous sales experience, with proven history of results
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Computer literacy
- Committment to learn & develop
